The River Ranch Team
Following graduation from Willamette University, Judd completed Officer Candidate School in Newport, R.I. and served 3 years as a U.S. Navy officer. Upon completion of his military service he joined the San Francisco office of a large securities firm where he specialized in portfolio management and investment research. Ten years later he founded Envirotherm, Inc. a firm serving the commercial, industrial and residential
markets in the Bay Area involving insulation, sound proofing, and windows.
In 1980, Judd and his wife, Diane, purchased Brown’s Industries, Inc. in McCall, Idaho including an interest in Brundage Mountain Ski Area. Shortly later they purchased Evan’s Building Center in Eagle, Idaho and Payette Lakes Lumber Co. in McCall. In 1981 the family relocated from San Rafael to Boise and McCall.
For most of his adult life, Judd has been involved in real estate investment and development involving timberlands, ranches and commercial developments. Judd has headed the on-going extensive development at Brundage Development Resort for the past 30 plus years, and in 2006 the DeBoer family bought out their partner, the J.R. Simplot Co., becoming sole owners.
In 2000, Judd and Diane and their family conceived and developed Salmon Rapids Lodge overlooking the Salmon River in Riggins, Idaho. The family continues to operate this 55 room award winning hotel.
Judd and Diane’s vision for the beautiful River Ranch matched that of their partner’s, the Hart Family. River Ranch is an upscale residential community with 2-1/2 miles of river front, lakes, nature trails, and preserves, Members’ Ranch House and a fabulous guest cabin. They take pride in River Ranch knowing that families will enjoy this spectacular property for generations to come. This is especially meaningful for Diane since their children now are 4th generation McCall.
Judd has served as a director of numerous industry boards and was appointed by three Idaho Governors to serve on the Idaho Travel Council. Judd and Diane were honored to receive the “Outstanding Contribution to the Sport of Skiing” award by the Intermountain Ski Areas Association and Judd was named the 2018 recipient of the ”Governor’s Lifetime Achievement in Recreation and Tourism” award.
Chris Reino’s passion for our small mountain town and success in the real estate business were established long ago and are an ideal fit today as a member of the River Ranch team. He is from a small town in Northwest Ohio where he was mentored in a family business environment that honed his skills in customer service, sales, and good old-fashioned face-to-face communication.
Chris’ second home and resort property sales roots run deep as does his love for the McCall, Idaho area.
He was one of Tamarack Resort’s original 12 employees after he was recruited to start the real estate sales program for what was then WestRock Resort.
This experience followed his two-year tenure at Spring Mountain Ranch where he represented vacation home and property sales. After five years at Tamarack, and over a year with Prudential Resort Properties in Donnelly, Chris’s career shifted to McCall where he spent four years at Community Real Estate. In June of 2013, he was recruited to re-start the real estate sales efforts at Whitetail/Shore Lodge, where he had 18 months of successful sales.
Today, Chris is a full-time resident who appreciates and participates in all that our community has to offer throughout the seasons to locals and visitors alike. Those who know him best will tell you that he is as thrilled as he is honored to have joined McCall Real Estate where he represents River Ranch and other fine properties buyers and sellers alike.

Sasha began her career in real estate in 2014. While she thought it was the love of houses that inspired her most, it was really her love of people that has led her to real estate as a full time career. Helping others buy or sell a home is really about helping them transition to a new phase of life, and Sasha excels in being a strong guide and advocate. She’s found that her background in counseling serves her well in educating and counseling buyers and sellers about all of their options and helping them navigate the real estate process.
Prior to real estate, Sasha earned her masters degree from Northwest Nazarene University in mental health counseling and immediately began establishing a counseling agency in McCall that expanded to 6 additional under served areas of Idaho. Sasha’s passion has always been working with people and helping them accomplish their goals. Real estate allows her to combine her passion for people with her love and knowledge of homes. Sasha has renovated 7 properties with her husband since 2010 and enjoys the process of looking beyond the current condition of a property and envisioning what the home could become.
Sasha specializes in second home/vacation properties, first time home buyers, investment properties, vacant land and renovation project properties.
Sasha feels fortunate to have been able to call herself an Idahoan for over 10 years. McCall is a special place that she loves calling home. When she isn’t working, you would likely find Sasha skiing, boating, hiking or just enjoying the beauty of McCall with her husband and son.
“As the former Parks Superintendent for the City of McCall, with additional experience in landscape and property maintenance, Jerry has all the essential skills and experience to help us maintain, improve and beautify our 458-acre ranch home development,” said President and Chief Executive Officer Michael Hart. “He pairs this experience with extremely high standards for perfection that he acquired through his years of service in the U.S. Marine Corps.”
In addition to Langreder’s involvement in McCall, he has held key positions in landscape and property management at Eastern Washington University in Cheney, WA and Manito Country Club, in Spokane, WA. Langreder also holds a Bachelors of Crop Science, Turf Management degree from Washington State University.
Prior to his ground and property maintenance experience, Langreder invested 17 years of his life in the U.S. Marine Corp as a jet mechanic, analyst, and recruiter.
Langreder, with his wife and son, has been a resident of McCall, ID since January 2017. Together they enjoy fishing, hunting, and exploring all that the region has to offer on their ATV’s.
