Larger lots – Average lot size is 5.25 acres. Each of the 64 homesites on the 458-acre development includes a predetermined building envelope for home placement which, when combined with berms, trees and water features, creates an added sense of space, visual separation and privacy. Improvement envelopes within your parcel average one acre – more than enough space to put your personal touch on your property but not so much that maintenance is an issue. The remaining acreage in your parcel is watered and maintained for you by the McCall River Ranch Owners’ Association using some of the 892 (and counting) high-end sprinkler heads on the computerized irrigation systems. The parcel is yours – you own it – we just take care of it for you.
