Community Ranch House
This community gathering place is set on one of our private lakes. Outside, the Ranch House features a pool and hot tub, BBQ area, and sandy beach. Inside, the Ranch House offers a place for neighbors to gather with seating areas and a gourmet catering kitchen available for use for fêtes of all sizes.
Boat Slips
River Ranch has secured boat slips at Mile High Marina on Payette Lake for use by River Ranch owners and their guests.
Electric Duffy Boat
Who doesn’t love a relaxing boat ride? River Ranch has a 21-foot single-hull electric powered boat which is available to homeowners and their guests to explore McCall’s beautiful Payette Lake.
Trapper Cabin
This serene, three-bedroom cabin is available exclusively to River Ranch owners.

Trail System
Enjoy biking, running and groomed winter Nordic skiing on the 7.5 miles of River Ranch trails which connect to the City of McCall’s 30-mile Bike trail system.
Five Private Lakes
River Ranch has fresh-flowing lakes which are accessible to residents for fishing, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, rowing or enjoying the sunset lakeside.
2.5 Miles of Payette River Frontage
One of the most special features of River Ranch is the 2.5 miles of Payette River access that all residents have for fishing and paddling sports provided through 80 acres of Community Conservation Areas.

Ranch House & Community Cabins
Ranch House
Within the private River Ranch development is the community Ranch House and “Trapper themed” cabin– the first of many of these exclusive homeowner amenities. Both properties offer well designed floor plans and imposing vistas that capture the property’s spectacular land, river, and far-reaching mountain scenery.
The Ranch House is primarily used by residents for special events, yet can be rented for private events managed by our exclusive, professional event coordinator. This on-site clubhouse has a warm history of family reunions, neighborhood get together, and birthday parties inside and out. Within this 5,000 square foot property is the River Ranch Business Office, an impressive great room, a formal dining/board room, a library, a private en-suite upstairs apartment for owner use, a commercially-designed kitchen, bar, pool table, and comfortable mountain-casual furnishings and design.
Trapper Cabin
In a serene setting of its own, the property’s Trapper Cabin sets its own tone for guests to unplug, unwind, and relax. Each of its three en-suite bedrooms, spacious living area, and welcoming kitchen are thematically designed in honor of the legendary fur trapper and Idaho statesman, Francois Payette, for whom the famous Payette River was named. Throughout the home, its organic design elements of bold natural woods and stone enhancements are accentuated with hammered copper and rustic natural hues – all warmed by an unprecedented choice of ‘trapper themed’ décor.
