SCHOOLS IN MCCALL

McCall offers excellent public education from elementary through high school. Additionally, there are two Christian schools and the North Fork School - a fully accredited private school for grades four through twelve. The high school was rated number one in the state of Idaho.

MCCALL AIRPORT

Only two minutes from River Ranch, McCall’s airport supports several air charter services to both Boise and backcountry locations and can handle almost any corporate or private jet.

HOSPITAL & MEDICAL

St. Luke’s is a fully equipped hospital with emergency services available 24/7, a Level 4 trauma unit, and advanced cardiac life support. Additionally, the medical clinics include several specialties such as orthopedics, integrative medicine, and surgical care to support Valley residents.

McCall has a great sense of pride and the residents of McCall have a welcoming diversity.

Recreation, Location & Proximity

Recreational Mecca

As important as the scenic beauty of the River Ranch site is to its identity, so too is its proximity to the town of McCall - a town whose reputation as a recreational mecca has long been recognized by Idahoans. Overlooking McCall and Payette Lake is Brundage Mountain Resort, a favorite ski area of Idaho since 1961. With the close driving proximity from Boise Airport and the private airport, McCall’s reputation is growing well beyond the gem state.

River Ranch’s proximity to McCall is underscored by the fact that the development has actually annexed its property to the City of McCall (giving it access to city water and electricity). The development has also linked its seven plus miles of bike trails to McCall’s bike path system, further integrating River Ranch to the community at large. Being part of McCall is important to River Ranch’s partners, who see McCall growing in cultural amenities, while still maintaining a small town personality. River Ranch simply wouldn’t be the same experience if it were 10 miles away.
